1- Please read the CHECKLIST below to make sure that the pictures that you are sending to us meet ALL the criteria below:

-No face shots. We need the picture to continue down to chest or waist.
-No full body shots. If you can see your child's legs, then that picture does not qualify.
-The perfect distance is waist or mid-chest up, just like you see above.
-Sharp (not blurry)
-Good lighting
-Child is facing the camera (unless your child has a disability which makes it hard to get a frontal shot).
-Very important: Picture needs to be BIG. The same size (visibly) or bigger, as Donovan's picture that you see above. File size needs to be 100k or more, which most probably will be, if the picture is big like the one you see here.
-Pictures need to be recent, no more than 6 months old.
-Picture of child alone is preferred. Unless other people are not too close to the child, which then we may be able to crop them out.

Make sure you READ the rest of the info below:

2- We DO NOT accept SCANNED pictures by EMAIL, only original DIGITAL pictures. If you don't have a digital camera, maybe someone you know does, and could take some pictures for you. If not, please read #4 below on what you can send by postal mail.

3- If you're sending pictures BY EMAIL, make sure you send the ORIGINAL ones that came out of your digital camera. DO NOT crop, resize or rename them, or else they will lose quality/resolution.
NOTE: Please DO NOT email us only one DIGITAL picture. Please email at least 4 pictures, or more if you wish.

4- If you're sending pictures BY POSTAL MAIL, we only accept Professional pictures such as School/Studio/Portrait pictures. We cannot accept regular camera snapshots, we cannot accept color photocopies, we cannot accept pictures printed on InkJet/Laser printers or those PictureMaker machines found at some retail stores.
Any size picture is acceptable, even wallet size (as long as it's waist/chest up). If you wish to have the picture returned to you, please also send a self-addressed stamped envelope.
NOTE: For School/Studio/Portrait pictures, you do NOT need to mail more than ONE picture, because they are usually very good in all aspects of quality. So just one is fine.
